At Rhode Island Dermatology and Cosmetic Center, your appointments are very import to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours to 48-hours in advance. If you do not cancel in advance,  you will be charged at $25 fee, effective August 1, 2021.

What is the no-show & cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel an appointment it must be done 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than the 24 hours your visit will be considered as a no-show and you will be subject to a $25 fee.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will automatically be marked as a no-show and will be charged a $25 fee.

If you no-show or late cancel for a second time you will be required to pay half of the service that you are scheduled for.

What is the late arrival policy?

If you are 10 or more minutes late, we may ask  you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be subject to a $25 no show fee, effective August 1, 2021.

What is the product return policy?

We are committed to providing quality products to our patients.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Rhode Island Dermatology and Cosmetic Centers skin care purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

You may return the unopened of product to Rhode Island Dermatology and Cosmetic Centers within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Any product opened and returned within 7 days will be eligible for a spa credit.

Any products returned after 7 days will be non-refundable.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are not eligible for returns

All refunds will be processed to the payment method you originally paid. Each refund can take up to 30 days.
