Linda Montgomery, a licensed medical aesthetician & Certified Electrologist, has worked in dermatology since early 2002. Linda is a dual Licensed Medical Esthetician in New York and Rhode Island working out of the MedSpa at RI Dermatology and Cosmetic Center, Lincoln, RI and her office in Westchester, NY. Linda is a graduate of the Arthur Angelo School with over 18 years of experience working alongside RI and NY top medical professionals; she has gained great knowledge of both general and cosmetic dermatology.
Linda has extensive training with medical facials, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, laser hair removal, Intense-Pulsed Light (IPL) Photofacials.
Regarded by her patients as a careful listener, Linda works closely with each patient to ensure that their specific skincare goals are met through a combination of aesthetician services and topical product recommendations to achieve optimal results. Linda believes that combining in-office procedures with medical-grade skincare is the best way to achieve and maintain long-term patient satisfaction.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Fee Policy
At Rhode Island Dermatology and Cosmetic Center, we value both our patients’ time and our providers’ schedules. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following policy will take effect for all appointments in the Aesthetics Department beginning January 1, 2026.
1. Cancellations and No-Shows
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- After your second no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged a $50 fee for that visit. This fee must be paid before you can rebook in the Aesthetics Department.
- Any no-shows or late cancellations after the second occurrence will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment.
- After your second no-show or late cancellation, you will also be required to keep a credit card on file for future bookings.
- This signed consent serves as permission to charge the card on file as needed in accordance with the above policies.
2. Late Arrival Policy
- Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment may not be seen, unless an exception is made by the provider.
- In these cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
3. Courtesy Reminders
- As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent by text, phone, or email. However, it remains the patient’s responsibility to remember and keep scheduled appointments, regardless of whether a reminder is received.
